Yesterday, my family and I celebrated Sam’s birthday together by going out to Kensington Pub. Sam had been eyeing it up for a while since it reminds him of the pubs back home, so we decided to all try it out after a recommendation from my mom’s friend. Kensington Pub is located at 207, 10A Street just around the corner from Starbucks.
The interior feels very authentic to British pubs as soon as you walk through the door. It felt very comfortable.
The service at the pub was efficient, and the food came very quickly. My mom and Sam both ordered burgers (surprise, surprise, Sam), and I ordered a veggie burger. My dad ordered the fish and chips, and my brothers ordered chicken wings, and a chicken sandwich. The food was really tasty and enjoyed by all of us. The menu offers traditional British food, as well as North American favorites.
